About Us

The Access-for-All "A4A" platform is a public-private partnership working towards closing the Digital Divide in Curaçao and for Curaçao in an international context. 

A4A monitors progress in this area and identifies, initiates and/or coordinates projects and activities where and when needed. 

The A4A Program and Platform are made possible by the Ministry of Economic Development, initiated by 'UpToDate BV, and coordinated by the Curaçao Innovation & Technology Institute (CITI). The program was launched in 2020, inspired by the rapid move to digital platforms effected by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
